Parents are required to submit the following documents along with the admission form to complete the application process. All documents should be original for verification and accompanied by photocopies:
A copy of the student’s birth certificate issued by the municipal authorities or an equivalent certificate is required for age verification.
For admissions to higher grades, the report card or progress report from the previous school is required to assess the student’s academic performance.
If the student is transferring from another school, a Transfer Certificate (TC) from the previous institution is mandatory.
A copy of the student’s Aadhar Card(if applicable) is required for identification purposes.
Submit three passport-sized photographs of the student along with the application form.
If the student belongs to a reserved category, a valid community certificate must be submitted.
A medical certificate indicating the child’s health status, including any known allergies or medical conditions, is required at the time of admission.
A copy of the parent’s or guardian’s identification proof (Aadhar Card, Passport, or any other valid ID) is necessary for verification.
A copy of a valid address proof (Aadhar Card, Voter ID, Passport, or utility bill) should be submitted to verify the address of residence.
If availing school transportation services, additional documentation verifying the home address may be required to plan the bus route.
