Dear Parents, We would like to bring the following important points to your attention for your kind knowledge and cooperation. These guidelines are provided to ensure the smooth functioning of the school and the safety of all students.
The school will remain closed on all Government-declared holidays.
Students are not required to attend school on days when the District Collector announces holidays due to weather conditions, such as rain.
If the school is closed on a day when tests or examinations are scheduled, those tests will be rescheduled for a future date. The new date will be communicated in advance.
If students wish to participate in events outside the school campus, they must submit a consent letter signed by their parents or guardians.
Parents are welcome to accompany their children to external events if they wish. However, parents must make their own arrangements for meals and other personal needs during the event.
If, for any reason, your child is unable to participate in an event they were selected for, please inform the school as early as possible so that the opportunity can be offered to another student.
The Student Handbook is an essential part of school life and must be brought to school every day, including on function days.
Phone calls to the school should be made during school hours, from 9:45 AM to 3:45 PM. In case of emergencies, calls can be made at any time.
Parents are encouraged to meet with the school management if they have any queries or concerns, without waiting for scheduled Parent-Teacher meetings. It is important to monitor your child’s progress, and we urge parents to collect their child’s progress card after each term exam.
When students are representing the school outside the local area, please ensure the following:
Uniforms should be clean and neatly pressed.
Students should take care of their belongings.
Costly items, such as jewelry, should not be brought or worn.
Regular school bus trips are allocated to each student. If there is a need to change the bus route or schedule, kindly inform the school administration in advance.
