Admission Withdrawals

If for any reason a parent or guardian wishes to withdraw their child from Gurukulam School, the following procedure must be followed:


Submit a Written Request


A formal written application must be submitted to the school principal, stating the reason for withdrawal.


Clear Dues


Before the withdrawal is processed, all outstanding fees and dues must be cleared. The student’s transfer certificate (TC) will be issued only after all financial obligations have been settled.


Return School Property


Any school property (such as library books, uniforms, or other materials) must be returned before the withdrawal process is completed.


Issuance of Transfer Certificate (TC)


The Transfer Certificate and any other relevant documents will be issued by the school after the withdrawal process is completed, allowing the student to enroll in another institution.


Refund Policy


Refunds of any fees paid in advance (if applicable) will be processed according to the school’s refund policy, which will be clearly communicated at the time of withdrawal.
